What is EVVO?
EVVO (Event Marketplace Ukraine) is a marketplace for finding event services: DJs, photographers, hosts, catering and more. We gather suppliers from across Ukraine in one place.
What does signing up cost?
Signing up is free for everyone — clients and suppliers alike. Clients pay no commission at all.
Which cities is the platform available in?
We work across Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa and other cities. Suppliers can travel beyond their own city.
For clients
How do I find a supplier?
Go to the catalogue and choose a category and a city. Pick the supplier's package and send a request — it is free. The supplier confirms it and the chat opens.
What does a request cost a client?
Nothing. The request is free and commits you to nothing. You pay the supplier directly for the service, once you have agreed the details in the chat.
What if the supplier does not reply?
You decide how long they have to reply. If the supplier has not confirmed the request, choose another one — your request details are kept.
How long does a supplier take to reply?
Most suppliers reply within 1–2 hours. The maximum wait is up to 5 hours — and you set it.
For suppliers
How do I become a supplier on EVVO?
Sign up, fill in your profile (description, photos, prices) and start getting requests from clients.
What does the platform cost a supplier?
Signing up is free. You top up a wallet on EVVO and pay a fixed fee only per lead — to open the client's contact details and start the chat. No commission is taken from the booking itself.
What if the client does not get in touch?
If you unlocked a lead and the client did not reply in the chat within 24 hours, the lead fee goes back to your EVVO wallet.
Safety and payments
How is my data protected?
We use TLS 1.3 encryption, we do not store card details and we follow the GDPR. More in the privacy policy.
Which payment system do you use?
A supplier's wallet is topped up through MonoPay (monobank), a certified system. The service itself is paid directly between the client and the supplier.
